2. Database Use & TRAI Compliance

1. The COMPANY provides mobile number databases as-is with no guarantee of accuracy or validity.

2. Users must not use the data for spamming or other illegal purposes.

3. Users must not sell, distribute, or transfer the database to any third party without prior written approval from THE COMPANY.

4. Violations may result in legal action by third parties or regulatory bodies, and USERS assume full responsibility.

5. THE COMPANY has the right to modify or withdraw any offers, free items, or services at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Limits and Plans

• Basic Plan: Daily usage limit is restricted to 1 quantity per day.

• Exceeding usage or policy violations may result in temporary account suspension.

• For unlimited data access, the USER must upgrade to an Unlimited Plan.

• WhatsApp Virtual Number is a value-added service charged at ₹0.80 per quantity.

• All content is provided without warranties—express or implied.

• Refunds are handled as per the Refund Policy on our website.
